Request
Housekeeping, dining, amenities, transport, maintenance and more.
Personal Concierge for Exceptional Stays
Guests simply ask. ROOM connects them to hotel services, room controls, and the people looking after their stay.
One conversation. Every hotel service.
ROOM understands naturally, responds instantly, and connects each request to the right hotel service.
“Make the room a little cooler.”
“What time does breakfast finish?”
“Book the spa tomorrow afternoon.”
“Arrange a car for my flight in the morning.”
No menus. No hold music. No friction.
One quiet interface
The experience stays simple for the guest while ROOM connects to the systems and teams behind the stay.
Housekeeping, dining, amenities, transport, maintenance and more.
Lighting, temperature, curtains, entertainment and compatible room systems.
Hotel information, restaurants, spa, experiences and local recommendations.
Anticipated preferences, curated to the guest rather than the room.
Guests speak naturally. ROOM turns their intent into a clear request for your team.
ROOM handles the transaction. Your team delivers the hospitality—and steps in the moment something needs judgment or care.

Curated, with discretion
ROOM keeps only what makes the next stay easier, and turns it into something the guest arrives to rather than something they have to ask for again.
Nothing repeated by the guest. Nothing guessed by the hotel.
“Could I have breakfast sent upstairs?”
“Kahvaltıyı odaya gönderebilir misiniz?”
“Pourrais-je prendre le petit-déjeuner dans ma chambre ?”
“هل يمكن إرسال الإفطار إلى الغرفة؟”
Multilingual by nature
Guests speak naturally. ROOM translates intent into clear, actionable requests for hotel teams.
Designed to disappear
ROOM is designed as part of the environment—not another screen demanding attention. In a guest room, that discretion is not styling. It is the product.

The light says what ROOM is doing. The switch says when it stops. Both are on the object, where a guest can see them.
Present when needed. Quiet when not.
How ROOM works
One request, followed from the moment it is made to the moment the guest is in the car—and past it.
Guest asks
“My flight’s at 7:30 tomorrow morning. Could you arrange a car?”
ROOM understands
Matched to the stay record—checkout is already on file, so the pickup works back from the flight.
The front desk receives it
Service is tracked
ROOM closes the loop—then keeps going
“Your car is confirmed for 05:15. Shall I set an alarm for 04:30?”
ROOM Insights
Every request can be followed from the moment it is made to the moment it is resolved—giving teams clarity without adding another complicated guest interface.

Where ROOM belongs

Personal service, delivered consistently across every room.

One natural interface for dining, wellness, activities and service.

A persistent concierge for longer stays—the stay, the environment and the property.
A layer, not another silo
For each property, ROOM connects only to the systems required for the guest experience and operational workflow.
Before you ask
ROOM is pre-launch and selecting pilot properties. These are the answers as they stand today—we would rather be exact than impressive.
No. ROOM handles the repetitive layer—routing, status, hotel information, room controls—so your team spends its attention where judgment and warmth actually change the stay. When a request needs a person, ROOM brings one in rather than trapping the guest in a loop.
For a pilot, only the systems that particular property needs: typically PMS for stay identity, your staff task or ticketing tool, and room controls. Dining, spa, transport, POS, CRM and messaging follow as the workflows justify them. We map your stack first and integrate to what the pilot has to prove—not to everything.
It degrades to people. A failed automation hands off to staff with the request intact; it does not leave the guest repeating themselves to a device. Room controls and local state stay on the edge device, so the room keeps working.
The property does. ROOM prefers structured events—“towels requested, 21:14”—over retained audio, minimises raw audio, and purpose-limits preference storage. Guest and session data stay separate from property-wide analytics, staff access is role-based, and consequential actions are audited.
Low-risk actions—lighting, temperature, hotel information—happen directly. Requests, reminders and bookings confirm the outcome back. Anything consequential, such as door access or account changes, needs explicit confirmation and stronger authorisation. Payments and transfers are out of scope for the first release.
An object on the side table with a warm light seam, and a card explaining what it does and how to switch the microphone off. No account, no app, no setup. The first interaction is a sentence.
It starts with a single fully configured room—device, property knowledge, a few room controls, three to five service workflows and the staff dashboard—then three to five rooms to test reliability and staff adoption, then ten to twenty measured against comparable rooms on call volume, response and fulfillment time, and guest satisfaction.

ROOM Pilot Program
We are working with selected hotels and residences to test ROOM in real guest environments—connecting concierge, room control, service workflows and operational insight.
For luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences and serviced residences where service defines the brand.
